• New graphical version of Gastrend to be launched in 2012. Enjoy Windows functionality and access features using the mouse. The new graphical look of the menus and programs makes working with the Gastrend software even easier.
• 4th Generation Routrend Mobile Delivery Software - Rugged Mobile Computer with Integrated Bar Code Scanner stays in constant communication with your office. No more transferring files between your server and mobile computer
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) allows you to create a file and email it to your bank so that vendors' invoices can be paid electronically. Therefore, you do not need to print and mail checks to your vendors. Your vendor is paid faster and you remove the paperwork involved.
• Truck Load Sheet lets your driver know what gases and hardgoods need to be loaded onto the truck for the route that he is about to deliver.
• Cash Drawer is integrated with the Counter Sales module to only open the drawer when a cash sale is made. For other sales the counter person can insert the credit card slip or check without opening the drawer. This limits the access to the Cash Drawer.
• User manuals are now available in PDF format on a CD-ROM. This allows you to search for details on a specific part of a system or a program very quickly.
• Backups can now be performed on external disk drives eliminating the problem with tapes.
• The Bulk Gas Delivery Routing module will let you know in advance which bulk customers need gas delivered. Gastrend will track the average gas usage per day and advise you when a bulk gas delivery should be made and even automatically print the Delivery Note for your driver to deliver the bulk gas.
• Control gases by Lot Number. Ability to find out by customer, Invoice number and Delivery Note number where a specific Lot Number was delivered with all details of that specific Lot Number.
• Fill Cylinders from Bulk Tanks and Track the Bulk Gas and Cylinder Movements.
• Use Receipt Printer for Counter Sales Invoices to save on Preprinted Business Forms
• Create any report from the Gastrend software in a PDF format for viewing with Adobe Acrobat Reader or for emailing purposes
• Email or Fax Invoices, Statements, Purchase Orders, Quotations, etc. Directly from the Gastrend Software
• Physical Inventory can be taken with a Hand Held Computer
